Wallace-Gregg is Awarded Over $35,000 in Musical Equipment
We've got an exciting announcement. Thanks to our friends at The School Foundation, Wallace-Gregg Elementary will be receiving over $35,000 in musical equipment for our students! In our school, community matters, tradition matters, creativity matters, and the best way to preserve these values is through a Florence 1 Schools music education. Our K-2 students will learn Orff instruments, 3rd graders will learn recorder, 4th graders will learn ukulele and guitar, and 5th graders will pick an instrument of choice to learn in the brass, woodwind, or percussion family. We look forward to collaborating with the Wilson High School Tiger Band throughout the school year to join in their legacy of music education and to show our pride in our zone family.
